With over 15 years of experience and specific qualifications in sport science support and psychology, including BASES accreditation and Chartered Scientist status, Jo offers a range of consultancy services. These include 1-2-1 sessions, team sessions, and group-based workshops. Jo specialises in working with youth athletes and providing support for parents involved in sport. Throughout her career, she has worked with athletes in various sports, such as rowing, fencing, triathlon, cycling, and archery, including Olympic Development Squad support. Additionally, Jo conducts workshops that address the challenges faced by sport parents and provide strategies for managing associated stresses.
Richard Cheetham MBE

Richard is a highly regarded sport consultant and educator. He offers a wealth of experience working with athletes and teams across various sports. Richard's approach focuses on empowering individuals and teams to optimize their performance through the application of sport psychology principles. Richard has worked with athletes, including Olympic medalists, professoinal athletes and corporate teams, and offers workshops, seminars, and one-to-one consultations.
Chris Ford

Dr. Scott Hannah is an exercise physiologist specializing in providing comprehensive physiological assessments for athletes at all levels. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Hannah has worked with renowned sports teams, elite athletes, and recreational enthusiasts. Notable clients include ultra-endurance runners in the Marathon Des Sables, Saracens Rugby Club, Ipswich Town FC, and the English National Ballet. Dr. Hannah's expertise in exercise physiology enables him to deliver personalized assessments, helping clients unlock their full potential.
Dr. Scott Hannah

Dr. David Jessop is a seasoned sports biomechanics expert with nearly 20 years of experience. Specialising in biomechanics and data analysis, David has worked with elite athletes from various sports including athletics, diving, motorsport, speed skating, and wheelchair rugby. He offers biomechanics workshops and provides detailed technique analysis to help athletes improve their performance. With his expertise and keen eye for movement patterns, David is dedicated to helping athletes optimize their skills and achieve their goals through refined biomechanical analyses.

Eloise Pain
Specialist Area: Physiology
Eloise holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science, an MSc in Applied Sport and Exercise Science, and is currently pursuing a PhD in health and exercise physiology. As a Sports Science Laboratory Technician and visiting lecturer at a university, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her work. Eloise is in the process of completing her BASES supervised experience to become an accredited sport and exercise scientist. She is also an ISAK Level 2 qualified anthropometrist. With a background in providing physiological support to various athletes, including swimmers, triathletes, cyclists, and the academy at Portsmouth football club, Eloise's expertise lies in the realm of exercise science and its practical applications

Dr. Chris Whittle
Specialist Area: Biomechanics
Chris has been working at the University of Winchester since September 2009 as Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics. Chris holds a BSc (Hons) in aquatic sports science, an MSc in Sport and Exercise Biomechanics and has recently completed a PhD looking into movement variability in cycling.

James Maiden

James brings a wealth of expertise to his consultancy services. With a Master's degree from Loughborough, James is on his way to becoming a chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). His areas of expertise include elite youth sport, mental health, transitions, and performance. James offers a range of consultancy services, including 1-1 support, group sessions, and educational workshops. He has worked with esteemed clients such as Southampton FC's women’s and academy footballers, Eastleigh FC, Loughborough University Elite Badminton Squad and Gloucestershire County Junior Golf Teams.
